I would just like to add an interesting fact.

I see some people have played 3,000 hours. I'm sure most of them got it in sleep mode, but to the people who didn't, that means you have played Guild Wars for a total of 125 consecutive days. You have spent 1/3 of a year in less than a year on a single game. Damn.

I would say that 90% of that is playing. Well if you consider standing in ToA for a hours trying to find a group as playing. I don't log on GW & go idle. How do I play so much? I am retired. Very possible I am addicted but... to tell you the truth it's more like simple boredom. I play because playing GW is better than watching TV. TV is one-way...GW is two-way.

I just broke 1000 hours on my account. My most played character, my ranger, is about to hit 1 mil xp. I think he's around 925k now. I've played since day 1.

i play from 3 pm i get home to whenever...i have 1000 + hours playing..most are being afk or sleeping at the laptop.

the worst addiction game is runescape! gahh it sucks you into it and you constantly think about it! its such a bad game to, the graphics suck, too many h4xz0rz...i dreamt about it.

It's also true that Guild Wars affects your grades, I swear. I got a 97% in math last year, and now i'm gettin 51 ><.

I'm impressed tactical dillusions... I began reading the thread thinking, omg hes at 600+ and im here at 1000+ in 5 months, but it's good to see that someone has put in more time than me!! Sweet jesus though even then thats mild compared to some of these people...
I'm sure we will see adverts for MMORPGS helpline soon... which wont work, because they'd have to get us off the damn thing first. Though you could imagine it at the first 'MMORPGS annomous' meeting, fights for chairs and standing room... and a few fights about which is better....

) and the mesmer is a mule..... lvl 14... but a mule none the less!

On another note, i too have lost some of my life to the acursed runescape - I played it again randomly a month or so back - Jesus it sucks... wheres my skills?? whats going on here?? it was a new character as well so my immediete entry into the game world i was greeted by taunts of 'noob' which i clearly was - sadly i was playing back in the begining of the game and did testing for it....
